As the global Corona-virus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve, we wanted to share some important steps we’re taking to prioritize the health and safety of our team members and valued customers.
We’re taking extra measures to ensure our warehouse is a safe, clean and hygienic environment for all our staff members. We’re also taking extra care to actively sanitize our high-touch areas and communal spaces.
We are monitoring and actively following all advice issued by our local, state and federal agencies including the CDC and public health officials to ensure all team members are supported with clear health and hygiene protocols.
We have encouraged any team members to stay home if they are not well and work from home to reduce contact with others. We’re prioritizing the health of our close-knit community, family, and friends.
During this time, we will remain 100% committed to supporting all of our suppliers, and loyal customers.
Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing delays in processing, inventory and shipping orders some carriers have removed expedited service options (e.g. overnight) and some areas are experiencing regional delays. During these times we are working hard to monitor all operations in order to serve our customers the best we can.
